Christmas'13

I'm looking forward to the Christmas Eve.
Finish the exams, finish studying, finish going to the school and have my Christmas holidays...
Yesterday I went to Castellon to buy the Christmas presents and all the city was decoreted with Christmas decoration... How a beautiful place...
Early, the year will end, and people will travel abroad to see their families...

The Vamps

The Vamps are a British pop boy-band formed in 2012.The band consists of Bradley William Simpson from Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, James Daniel McVey from Bournemouth, Connor Samuel John Ball from Birmingham, and Tristan Oliver Vance Evans from Exeter. They signed to Mercury Records in late 2012. They have been performing at several festival style events around the UK as supporting acts for several different acts including The Wanted, and Little Mix. The Vamps released their debut EP on 29 September 2013. They will also be releasing a full album in 2014. They gained further recognition in September 2013, as they supported Selena Gomex  at London on 7 and 8 September 2013.

Teardrops

When someone is sad, the teardrops slide on the cheeks...
But, what happen when it rains?
Not only people can cry, the clouds also cry, and when they are sad because the sun has been shining for a long time, they start crying...
And it starts raining!
These teardrops not only produce raining, it also built the ocean and the sea... And puddles too!

Imagination

Harry studies everyday with his particular teacher. He's rich, so their parents can pay for the teacher. John is a humble person, who lives with his five brothers in a little village. He has a lot of imagination. One day, the teacher at primary school, told them to write a composition about the water. Harry's one started like that: ''Water is composed by H20...'' And John's one says: ''Drops are walking on the street...''

''The hunger games''

I've just read ''THE HUNGER GAMES'' and at the moment I'm reading the second part of this book, which is called ''CATCHING FIRE''. Both books are based on a TV reality show which takes two people of every distrcit to fight between them to get as much food as possible to survive. There can be only one at the end of  the hunger games, but in this book, the competition ends with two winners; Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark , who are in love. What will happen in the second book? I'll tell youwhen I finish reading it!
I think it's an incredible saga which will be enjoyed by young and adult readers. I really enjoyed the first book, and I'm looking forward to finish the second and go to cinema to see the film.

LIUBOV

Tomorrow, my dance academy classmates and me, will go to Benicarló to repeat the show called LIUBOV,  (crazy of love in Russian) which is a romantic story about two friends who fell in love in a palace dance.
Their families, won't that they still together and organize a far between the families...
And what will happen.....?

I'm looking forward to dance, and spend a great time Saturday night...
We will go to the disco because there's a high-school party, and we will have a great time, I'm sure!

Little Mix!

LITTLE MIX, formed first as RHYTMIX, is an english girl-band created in 2011 in the X factor, its members are  Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock y Jade Thirlwall. 
They first released ''Wings'' which comes first in too many lists around Europe. Both next ones ''DNA'' and ''Change your life'' became top 15 in british and irish lists. 4th of March of 2013 they released ''How ya doin'?'' which became one of most famous songs.
The 3th of November went on sale ''Move'' which would be the first single from her second album, ''Salute'', which will be released on November.
I love this band, because I like all their songs. My favourite one is ''We are who we are'' because I'm identified with its letter. Listen to it! 

My english friend

This April, I meet a boy called Alex, who is from England. He's a bit tall, brown-haired and his eyes are green.
He stayed in Vinaròs for a week, but he left us... This summer he has came back and he went with us to a summer campment, we spent a great time with him, because he doesn't speak spanish. He stayed in Vinaròs the second time for two weeks. We became close friends, and it was a disappointment to goodbye him, but that's life... We keep in touch, what that's ok, but it's not the same... Next January, we are going to see us again, and I don't know what will happen... I hope all is going to be right!

Summer '14

How I told you, summer 2014 wil be so especial for me... Let's see why!
Fisrt of all, when we will finish classes on 22th of June, my hometown parties starts and they're so especial for all people.
But the event I'll enjoy this summer is One Direction concert, sure. This year it's different because it's stadiums tour, so we will go to Barcelona's Olimpic Stadium to see them. I'm waiting for 8th of July and I'm so nervous.
Next summer I'll travel with all my friends to Paris, and that will be so especial too...

Welcome!

Last 16th of September school started and routine too.
Getting up at 6.30 and waking up at 7.10 is a bit difficult after all summer waking up at eleven o'clock.
This summer is the first one that we haven't got any homework to do, and we enjoyed it like never in few years.
 Beach, pool, sun, friends, parties... I miss that! But if we think a little... Halloween. Christmas, Carnival, Easter and... SUMMER AGAIN! Next summer will be so especial... I'll tell you why in next post! :)

School Uniform

Nowadays, most of schools around the world, offer the possibility to wear school uniforms for their students. Most people agree with that idea, and some people disagree. Let's see some advantages and disadvantages to wear school uniform.
On the one hand, getting up early in the morning and putting on your uniform, is really comfortable because you know what you wear when you are a bit sleepy.
On the other hand, it's a pity not being able to show your own style and to wear clothes that you like.
In conclusion, I belive it's comfortable to wear schools uniforms. For example, in my school it's so cute. We have to wear a grey skirt with a white polo on the top. If it's cold, you can wear a blue jumper, like your socks.

Informal Letter

Dear grandma,
I hope you are well. I'm sorry I haven't written for a long time, but I've been really busy. It's the last month of the school holiday, I've really enjoyed this holiday. I've been sunbathing and going to the beach! Last weekend, I went to my friend Paula's house for a party. It was her birthday, and she invited lots of hre friends from school. It was a great day.
I'm going to stay in next weekend. School starts on Wednesday, and we've got some projects to give in, so I'm going to do all.
Have you heard from Elena's daughter? She's finished school and she's going to take a gap year before university. She's going to travel around America and Europe with her boyfriend. it's really exciting for her, but I'm going to miss my big cousin!

Guide dogs

Guide dogs, are normal dogs that have been trained to guide blind people. Usually are 'Golden retrivers' who lead this kind of people to across the street, among other things.
For the visually impaired control the dog should be able to realize potential dangers for the owner because  architectural barriers, requiring very high capacity as intelligence and advanced training level of the animal.

Although dogs can be trained to avoid various obstacles, do not distinguish colors like green and red so you can not interpret a stoplight.

The baseballs

The Baseballs is a Rock and Roll band formed in Berlin, Germany in 2007. It became popular to do rockabilly style versions of existing songs like Rihanna's Umbrella or Hot N Cold by Katy Perry. Their version of Umbrella was a hit in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden and Noruega.
Their first album, Strike!, was released in 2009 and it peaked number one on the charts!

Jhonny Cash is one of the most influential musicians in the history of American music. He was born in the southern states of America in 1932 and became a Country music performer. His first succesful song was 'Folson Prision Blues'. He was well-known for his appearene. He never spent time in prision, but gave many concerts in prisions in the USA. He diend in Nashville, in 2003. During his 50-year career in music, he sold more than 90 million albums.

RE: Salsa

Dear Yolanda,
How are you? Thank you for your letter. You asked me to tell you about something new I'm learning. A few months ago, I joined a drama class. I go every Saturday morninng three hours. The class is really informal and the teacher always gives us really interesting things to do. Every week, we do acting, singing and dance. We spend one hour on each subject.
At the moment we're practising a musical and will perform it at the local theatre. I can't wait for that!

Red Sea, Egypt

Dear Lizzie,
I'm having a great time by the Red Sea in Egypt. We're staying in a really nice hotel near the beach and we've got views of the sea. Yesterday, I went diving and I saw some fantastic fish. My mates went caving in some rocks at the beach, not me, maybe next year.

Although...

Although I woke up late, I was able to catch the 8 am bus. I arrived at the railway station an was very hapy because there wasn't a queue in the ticket office. I had a little time before my train arrived so I went to buy a little cup of coffe. When I got there I was surprised to see an old friend I hadn't seen for many years. We started to chat and then I forgot the time! Suddenly I noticed my train arriving at the platform. Despite running as fast as I could, I missed the train.

SPAIN

This isa demanding trip - you will need to be up early each day to get the best opportunities, but if you are patient, you could get that perfect picture!

Carnival'13

This year, Carnival was since 1th to 11th of February, and it talks about Hollywood's cinema.

First of all, we started day 1 going to the town hall, and it was an welcome event, to present Mr. Carnestoltes.

Second day, was very windy, and they postpone the queens day for day three.

On Sunday, was windy, but not a lot. We went to the paella's lunch and after we go to the presentation of the queens.

Monday was the Mexican's party on my stall, and it was really funny, but a bit windy.

Tuesday, was the American party , what AMAZING!!

Wednesday was the 60's 70's and 80's but it wasw too much windy, and the stalls didn'd open, what a pity..

Thursday, the pyjama's party! We went to have dinner and after to the stalls, to have a nice night.

Crazy Friday, everyone has his/her own costume. We were clowns.
Saturday and Sunday were amazing days, every 'comparsa' has her own queen, and everybody join her queen
Sad Monday... Last day of Carnival... Let's set fire to Carnestoltes!

Spain vs. England

England is bigger than Spain, so it's a bit polluted than the second one.
England is a big country with lots of green spaces. The transport is public. There are lots of buses, undergrounds, trains... In England you can visit lots of monuments. There are lots of individual houses.
In Spain, life is different. Everyone has got their own car, ore one car per family. In Spain, there are lots, olots of impressive monuments and museums that you can visit. We usually live in flats, there are lots of big flats.

So, life is very different in every place. The weather is very different in each one city of this countries. In England, the weather changes along the day, and in Spain, the weather is totally different! ;)
